We regret to inform all our loyal customers and potential customers that Chopper Surplus has been sold, and that on 12-23-08 has ceased operation of it's online store and showroom.
For those in the middle of transactions:
- All current orders have shipped normally. We can provide you with tracking information at .
- We cannot accept any new orders.
- All items on backorders have been cancelled. If you are due a credit, please see below.
- All accounts with credits due will receive a check for the full balance before January 1st. Sorry, we cannot issue credit card charge backs at this time.
- We CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. If you have a warranty issue, contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. If you need a copy of a receipt, see the notice below on documentation support.
Support
- We will not provide phone support of any sort. If you leave a message, it will not be checked nor the call returned.
- We will not provide any product technical support or sales support of any kind.
- We will provide limited paperwork support, into early 2009. This includes receipts and MSO documentation. Please email your request to:

Chopper Surplus Website
The Chopper Surplus Website will be operational into early 2009. After that, we will not be able to offer support of any kind. The new Chopper Surplus site will be dedicated offering technical articles, product reviews, and general bike building information. It will not sell products of any sort, nor will the new owners have access to past Chopper Surplus documentation, receipts, or MSO information.
